About Us

We are a Hanoi-based team of expats and native Vietnamese. Both lead partners relocated to Vietnam in the early 2000s and each comes with a 30+ years of experience in consumer goods, mainly tools / hardware, home and garden. Our associate partners are based in Shanghai and Taiwan who coordinate with the local sales team of our FDI manufacturing partners respectively.

  1. We know both sides of table and we can bridge the gap.
  2. Our past hand-on experience covered the full business cycle, from sales & marketing, sourcing/procurement, VBL & PDM, manufacturing, testing/quality assurance, to logistics and financing.
  3. We have in-depth knowledge of supply-chains, market trends and customer expectations.
    1. Have been working closely and directly with leading retailers and global/regional brands around the world for over 35 years.
    2. Engage with hardgoods manufacturing and marketing for the U.S., European, Japanese and Australian markets.
  4. We are very familiar with many industry and product standards, i.e. ISO, BSCI, ANSI, NSF, UL, CE, FSC….
  5. We work closely with all major 3rd party agencies and labs in Vietnam, i.e. BV, ITS, Intertek, SGS, TUV….

Our fees options

1- Commission based on success of transaction: percentage rate is negotiable.
2- Project based: hourly rate will be provided upon request. 10 hours minimum.
